With the loss, Winnipeg fell to 37-36 and dropped 8 1/2 games behind Fargo in the race for first in the North. After Fargo scored two runs in the bottom of the first, the Goldeyes came back with a pair of runs on the top of the second inning, as Casey Haerther singled and Josh Mazzola walked.
